Calling all Omaha tech-inspired makers! Do Space invites you to participate in Make Omaha 2020 on Saturday, March 14, 2020. We are looking to showcase local makers who are using and hacking technology to create inventions, prototypes, games, software applications, robotics, wearable tech, experimental electronics, art and more.

Makers can be from all ages and backgrounds and it is free to participate. The intention of Make Omaha is to connect and grow our maker community while also inspiring the public to try making for themselves.

Last year, we featured all sorts of technology from homemade synthesizers and Jacob’s ladders to 3D printed praying mantis sculptures, a fully functioning R2D2, an unliftable Mjölnir (Thor’s hammer), and more.

If you are an avid tech tinkerer and maker we would love to support your work and get you involved. To apply, fill out the application form. The call for makers will be open until February 15th. Interactive and engaging exhibits are a plus.

See you at Make Omaha!
