It can be challenging to get a new business off the ground, and even more difficult to grow once you have started. Do Space’s entrepreneurship resource site startomaha.com, and new monthly career programs can help. Startomaha.com features listings of local startup resources to help entrepreneurs navigate the complicated terrain of starting a new business. Additionally, each month, Do Space partners with local experts, businesses, and organizations to offer a variety of classes suited to entrepreneurs ranging from social media marketing to beginner coding to crafting an effective vision statement.

On May 9th we will be pooling all our local startup resources and experts together for the Start Omaha Expo. The Start Omaha Expo is a morning networking event and showcase dedicated to connecting entrepreneurs to the resources, small businesses, and freelance opportunities they need to succeed within the Omaha startup ecosystem. Supplementing the many resources found on startomaha.com, this expo will feature lightning round talks, discussions, and resource booths focused on helping entrepreneurs and startups.

The Start Omaha Expo will be located at MCC at Do Space on the second floor and is free and open to the public. For more information please visit our Facebook event page.
