However, open source software can bring substantial headaches to any software project. Join us as student attorneys Nick Knihnisky and Chris Giitter from the University of Nebraska College of Law Weibling Entrepreneurship Clinic discuss the history of open source software, the most popular open source licenses and their risks, what to look for in license agreements, and how to limit one’s liability against license infringement lawsuits.
